本机组适用于吹制低密度高压聚乙烯(ldpe)、高密度低压聚乙烯（hdpe）及线性低密度(lldpe)原料及再生料塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜广泛用于水果、食品、服装、纺织品、食用菌种种植、日用品等民用，农业和工业品的内外包装。

1、机筒螺杆均采用优质38crmoala合金钢材质，精密加工。螺杆运用先进的合金喷涂技术表面再经氮化处理。具有的硬度和耐腐蚀性，特殊设计加工的螺杆比一般处理的螺杆产量大，使用寿命长;

2、螺杆长径比大,塑化能力强,挤出熔料均匀，机头经验总结，科学设计，镀硬铬抛光处理。吹制薄膜光洁度光亮,制品拉力性能好；

3、主电机采用独特减速装置，八级电机配置，变频调速，高效节能，实现主机运转低噪音。（亦可采用硬齿面减速配备四级电机）承载能力大，寿命长，传动平稳;

4、机筒加热采用铸铝加热圈加热，数字式智能温控系统，风冷自动温控，具有耐用、准确、可靠的性能;

5、风冷装置结构为迷宫型，出风量均匀;

6、整机结构紧凑,操作方便,运转平稳,单臂架或方架架构,经济实用，牵引装置一体化并可自调升降;

7、可按用户需要配置标准机头，双层机头和旋转机头;

8、卷曲形式多样，可任意选择，其动力采用力矩电机调速，与主机、牵引同步性，收卷平整，换卷方便。

2. the screw ratio (l/d) is bigger, increase the production plastic capacity. extrude distribution with even and smooth discharging. the die according to the experience and scientific design, with hard chrome, the plastic film is even, smooth and bright, products of good tensile properties;

3、the main motor adopt unique designs decelerated box, set band 8 motor. adopts inverter adjust the speed, energy efficient, smooth running and low noise ( also adopt high strength hard teeth decelerated box which set band 4 motor), having big carrying capacity, long use life, driver steady and other futures;

4、the barrel adopts casting aluminum heater, digital intelligent temperature controlling system. automatic adjust temperature by wind, it has long life, nicety and credibility futures;

5、the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output;

6、the whole structure is well-knit, operation is steady, one-arm frame or square structure, economical and practical. the traction apparatus is integrated which could adjust raise and fall;

7、according to customer’s requirement, set standard die, double-layer die, rotary die;

8、there are several types of winding set for choice, which is driven by torque motor, synch with the main motor and the take-up motor, achieve even and smooth winding and easy roll changing.
